Peak Season Light Roast (single origin, seasonal):
In Western North Carolina, summer is a season of long days, mountain adventures, and slowing down just enough to appreciate the sweetness of life. Our Peak Season SUMMER Light Roast captures that feeling with a vibrant single-origin coffee from Western Guatemala. Grown by a small 26-member cooperative, this coffee reflects the resilience, craftsmanship, and rich coffee-growing tradition of the region. Expect a lively, resonant cup with notes of blackberry and toffee — equally enjoyable brewed hot for a quiet morning on the porch or served over ice on a warm summer afternoon.

Black Mountain Dark Roast (Blend of 3 fair trade/organic beans):
The name is a tribute both to the beautiful town that the coffee is roasted in, and the surrounding Black Mountain range which includes the highest mountains east of the Rockies. This dark roast is as bold as the mountains it's named after! Expect a full-bodied cup with tasting notes of dark chocolate, earth and fruit notes
