This is our favorite coffee from our favorite roaster. It's roasted by Dynamite Roasting in Black Mountain, NC. This beauty is comfortingly sweet, boasting a medium body with milk chocolate flavors interlaced with light spice and a sweet, mild finish. A peppy & confident start to a peak day!

In Western North Carolina, winter brings a quieter kind of magic — frosty mornings, clear mountain views, and slow, intentional moments with a warm mug in hand. Our Peak Season WINTER Light Roast captures that feeling perfectly. This single-origin, certified organic, fair-trade coffee comes from Papua New Guinea, grown by the Timuza Coffee Cooperative, representing 260 smallholder farmers of the Kamano tribal group. Expect a smooth, comforting cup with rich notes of toffee, chocolate, and graham cracker — the kind of coffee made for cold mornings and long winter nights.

This dark roast is as bold as the mountains it's named after! Expect a full-bodied cup with tasting notes of dark chocolate, earth and fruit notes
