Hoopers Creek Medium Roast Coffee
Our best-selling coffee is now doing good in our Western North Carolina community with every sale and sip!
Peak Blend is now known as Hoopers Creek Medium Roast. It's the same exact coffee that Kim drink almost everyday, but with an exciting twist... now 10% of sales will be donated to our neighbors who lost their homes to Hoopers Creek during Hurricane Helene.
This coffee is a crowd-pleaser! Hooper Creek is comfortingly sweet, boasting a medium body with milk chocolate flavors interlaced with light spice and a sweet, mild finish. It's Kim and I's all-time favorite coffee, and now it's proudly named after the gentle creek that runs past our home in Fletcher, NC. Drink coffee that does good!
The beans are grown in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. This region is known for incredibly balanced coffees with subtly sweet chocolate notes and low acidity.

The coffee is sourced from family-owned farms organized around the Cooperativa de produccion Tzeltal-Tzotzil, an organization operating in the northern part of Chiapas, Mexico. Exceptional care is taken by producers to depulp, ferment and dry their coffee, which is aided by the use of farm-owned micro mills. Coffee farms from this organization tend to be less than ten acres in size, and produce honey as well as coffee. Farm owners and producers have focused on organic production methods to protect the environment, increase overall quality, and gain higher income to improve the livelihood of their families.
